Under Development: Mixed-Use Building in Stoughton Center

A new mixed-use building was approved for development at 760-770 Washington Street and Freeman Streets in Stoughton. The approval for this project was made by the Stoughton Planning Board in February of 2016. The project consists of 14 residential apartments on two floors and over 5500 square feet of commercial space on the ground floor. Construction is expected to begin this fall, 2017.

HarborOne Bank to Open on Washington Street in Stoughton

A new 7,185 square foot O’Reilly Auto Parts Store is presently under construction at 287 Washington Street, across from Stop & Shop. The project was approved by the Planning Board on July 14 in Stoughton.

Under Development: A 30 Unit Mixed-Use Building in Stoughton

A new 30 unit mixed-use development to be built at 105 Porter Street in Stoughton, MA as approved in September of 2016. Construction is expected to begin this fall.

New Season’s Corner Market in Stoughton, MA

A New 3600 square foot Seasons Corner Market with six self-service fueling stations is open at 140 Sharon Street (Route 27) at the site of the Stoughton Shell gas station. The project was approved by the Stoughton Planning Board this past spring.

New 68 Seat Burger King Restaurant in Stoughton, MA

A new Burger King restaurant is open on Route 138 in Stoughton, MA. The project was approved by the Zoning Board of Appeals on March 3, 2016 and by the Planning Board on August 8. 2016.  The 68 seat restaurant is planned to open this fall.

New Randolph Savings Bank Branch on Route 138, Stoughton, MA

A new branch of Randolph Savings Bank is open on Route 138 in Stoughton, MA. Located at 497 Washington Street, the project was approved by the Planning Board on August 26, 2016. The project is currently under construction with a planned opening of this fall.

New Cumberland Farms Convenience Store on Route 139, Stoughton, MA

A new 4,750 square foot Cumberland Farms Convenience Store is open on Route 139 in Stoughton, MA. The project was approved by the Zoning Board of Appeals on April 16, 2015 and the Planning Board on January 14, 2016. Located at 1634 Turnpike Street (Route 139) in Stoughton, MA, the project is currently under construction with a planned opening this fall.
