In addition to our Estate Planning Services, we also represent elders and their families in the areas of Elder Law and Medicaid Planning when a family member may need to go into a nursing home for an extended period of time. We take a comprehensive, team approach to providing legal services in this area, working with not only the client, but also with family members, health care providers, nursing homes, geriatric care managers, home care providers and others involved in this process.
Our Medicaid Planning services include performing an extensive review of our client’s financial, medical and family situations in order to determine the best course of action for their individual situation. After careful and thorough consultation with our clients we are also able to assist them in qualifying for Medicaid benefits to help pay for the cost of long-term care in the nursing home, while helping them to protect their assets that they have saved over their lifetimes.
