With 2022 ringing in, now is an excellent time to check out the IRS’s latest long-term care premium deduction limits.

The good news for you and your loved ones is they look pretty familiar. Other hot topics include a Trump-era pilot program that could potentially privatize Medicare. In addition, some Medicaid penalty periods could arise due to making an IRS gift tax mistake, but returning the gift offers a potential solution.

If you have concerns or questions on these topics, or we can help you with estate or Medicaid planning, please contact BRC Law to discuss your concerns. We’re here to help!
